Travel Plan Builder - Introduction of £100 Referral Fee
The Workplace Travel Plan Company is delighted to announce another groundbreaking approach to the development of sustainable travel.
Mindful of the budget challenges faced by all organisations be they public or private sector, the Company will pay a referral fee of £100 to any organisation who introduces any single third party to our on-line travel plan builder – see Travel Plan Builder
Peter Wignall managing director said “the idea is to provide a meaningful revenue stream to referrers and particularly those in the public sector to help them maintain their travel planning services at a time when cuts in funding are inevitable.
The idea is everyone wins, we generate business, referrers generate income and travel planning continues to be promoted.
The Travel Plan Builder is a low cost way of completing a Travel Plan and is especially relevant to single sites, and as sometimes completed within an overall framework.
It is cost effective as the client does the majority of the work under guidance, which also encourages a real sense of participation and ownership – irrespective of whether or not there is a legal requirement for a Travel Plan. Once completed, the nature of the Travel Plan Builder means it is also easy for the client to re-visit their Travel Plan as change occurs.

The small print:
1 – The Company will pay a referral fee of £100 on each occasion a third party is introduced to the Travel Plan Builder. For a third party with multiple sites or multiple users, a scaled fee will be agreed with the referrer.
2 – The Conditions to this referral payment being made are:
• The referred organisation uses the Travel Plan Builder to complete their Travel Plan.
• The referred organisation pays for their use of the Travel Plan Builder, noting the Company’s invoicing is only when the Travel Plan is complete to the customer’s satisfaction, then with their payment being made.
• The Company pays the referrer once it has been paid by the customer.
